About Hope

Leadership is deeply personal.

I'm not an academic who studies leadership from a distance. I've been a business owner, an operations leader, a trusted advisor, a board member, and an organizational consultant — often all at the same time. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of a team that's counting on you to have the answers.

What I've learned over 20+ years of working with leaders is this: the leaders who build something durable are the ones who start by getting honest about who they are and what they're actually building. Everything else — the strategy, the team, the culture, the systems — gets built from there.

My work sits at an intersection most consultants don't occupy: personal leadership alignment and organizational alignment, connected by a framework I've developed and refined over decades of real work with real organizations.
